No, to be part of the league it is enough to participate in any of the races that are part of the Macedonian Running League and complete the race. Your race result will then automatically be added to the league’s ranking list. It’s important that when registering for any race that’s part of the league, you use the same spelling of your name in every race and provide your correct date of birth, so the system can automatically collect your results across all races.
Scoring is based on the value of your achieved result, which is calculated according to the World Athletics points table, regardless of the race distance. Then, all points from all your completed races are summed up to create the league ranking list.
Yes, the ranking is separated for men and women in the overall standings.
Yes, there is ranking by age categories in both male and female divisions. The categories start from age 40 and go up in 5-year increments. The age group ranking list will be displayed separately in the results table.
If your result from a race is not included in the ranking list, please contact the following email address: info@tagtiming.mk, and provide your full name and which race result is missing.
Yes, the top 5 male and female participants in the overall standings will receive free registration for all league races in 2026 (except for the Sri Chinmoy Marathon). To qualify for this prize, you must have completed at least 6 races from the league. In the age group categories, the top male and female finishers will also receive free registrations for all 2026 league races (except for the Sri Chinmoy Marathon). The registrations are non-transferable and can only be used by the winners.
Yes, anyone who completes all 12 races that are part of the league will receive a special gift from the league organizers.
No, only the results of Macedonian participants in races that are part of the league are included in the rankings.
